RECEPTION 2026/2027

Congratulations if you received an offer to attend West Town Lane Academy in September 2026.  We are excited to meet you and your children. 

Look out for correspondence from us during May, as we will contact you with important dates and visiting information. 

Please expect us to begin contacting your child's Nursery/Pre-school to arrange a visit soon.  You do not need to do anything for this, and we look forward to meeting your children then. 

NURSERY 2026/2027

The application window for our Nursery class in September 2026 has now closed.  Please expect to hear from us in early May.  Once offers have been sent out, we will contact you with important dates and visiting information. 

The options for Nursery hours are as follows: 

Mon, Tues, Weds AM (1st half of the week)

Weds PM, Thurs, Fri (2nd half of the week)

Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri (full time)

Our Nursery year begins in September and follows the same school dates as years Reception-6.  Most of our Nursery children then go on to apply to enter our Reception classes the following year.  Applications for Reception must be made via the Bristol City Council website.

IN-YEAR ADMISSIONS

We are our own admissions authority for entry into a year-group part way through the year. Please speak with our office staff on 0117 377 2295 for information on spaces and how to apply.
